​Orders may be sent with a courier, depending on their size. Any additional cost in this instance will be covered by us. 

If you require another form of delivery such as a courier, then please get in touch to see if we can accommodate this. 

We permit the return and refund of non-personalised and non-custom items.

Requests for returns must be submitted to info@fettleandfern.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return request is accepted then we must receive your return within 30 days of your order date for the return to be valid. 

Please note that any returns made without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. 

Defective and Damaged Items 

Please inspect your parcel on arrival and ensure that the items have reached you without damage. Any damages do need to be declared within 7 days to ensure that we can put things right. 

Non-returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept the return of personalised or bespoke items. 

*Due to the nature of wooden products, the product may vary slightly from the image in terms or colour and finish i.e. natural knots/grain in the wood.
